Booking Terms – Kastoria Lake House

Welcome to Kastoria Lake House. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take a moment to read the following terms before confirming your reservation.

These terms are designed to ensure a respectful and comfortable stay for you and for us as private hosts

1. Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is considered confirmed once we receive:

• A completed booking request via our website, email, or messaging.

• A deposit or full payment, as discussed and agreed upon.

A written confirmation will be sent to you via email.

2. Payment Terms

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• PayPal

All payments are completed securely via bank transfer or PayPal.
If you choose to pay online, a PayPal payment button is available directly on our website for your convenience.

Although payment may be initiated through our site, the transaction itself is processed securely on PayPal’s platform.
We do not process or store any card or banking information on our website or servers.

Full payment or a deposit must be completed before your stay, as agreed during the booking process.

After completing the transfer, please send us proof of payment (screenshot or confirmation) via email at kastorialakehouse@gmail.com.

⚠️ Important: The payment must be completed within 1 hour of placing the booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Any bank transfer fees must be covered by the guest.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will result in a charge of the full booking amount.

All cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 15:00

• Check-out: By 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the house rules, which are shared both on our website and inside the property.

Please treat the space with care, avoid disturbances, and report any damage during your stay.

6. Maximum Occupancy

For the safety, comfort, and privacy of all guests, only individuals listed in the confirmed reservation are allowed to access the property.

Visitors who are not part of the booking are not permitted to enter the accommodation without prior arrangement and approval from the host.

7. Pets

Pets are welcome upon request, but their presence must be declared before confirming the reservation.
A pet stay fee may apply, and guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Please make sure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, you agree to:

• Comply with all house rules and booking terms

• Complete payment as agreed

• Respect the property and its surroundings
